Do guests need to download an app?
No app required. Guests simply scan your unique QR code or click your event link, and they can instantly start taking and uploading photos right from their mobile browser.
How long do galleries stay available?
Your memories are safely stored at the original resolution and are accessible after your event date. The length of time they can be accessed depends on your package. You can easily download all your photos. High-resolution photos are available on Premium only
Is the photo gallery private?
Absolutely. Your gallery is secured and only accessible to people who have your specific event link or QR code. It is not publicly searchable or connected to social media.
Can I control what photos are visible?
Yes. As the host, you have full control over your gallery. You can delete individual photos, or just hide them from view. Guests also have the ability to report inappropriate images for your review.
Can guests download the photos?
It depends on your package. With our Plus and Premium tiers, guests can download photos directly to their devices. On the Starter tier, only the host can download the final collection to their phone
Can I upgrade my package later?
Yes! You can upgrade your event package at any time—even during or after the event—to unlock high-resolution downloads, custom branding, and additional albums.
